FAQ
1. May I ask for samples or a catalogue?
Yes. You are welcome to request samples or a catalogue by email, by fax or via our contact form. We will ship them to you by post. Our catalogues are also available in the download area of our website, even in a neutral version without our company name.
2. How will I know the prices of the articles?
Upon request, we will send you our pricelist or an individual quotation. To this end, we need to know the article, the desired quantity and the number of print colours.
3. How can I order?
You may email us at info@zuendholzriesa.de, send a fax to +49 (0) 3525-898410 or submit your order in writing.
4. How does the order process look like?
You submit your order by email, by fax or in writing. Depending on the conditions of payment, you will receive a pro forma invoice for advance payment. Your data will be checked upon receipt of your payment, whereupon we will create the respective proof as a PDF file. It will be emailed to you for approval. Your order will be executed after receiving your permission to print. Upon delivery, you will receive the final invoice by email. Upon request, we can send you the GLS tracking number.
5. Will I receive a sample before production?
Prior to the print run, you will receive a PDF file for approval. An original print can be provided for an additional charge. Production won't start until we have obtained your approval.
6. Is it possible to order custom-made products?
Many things are possible (special shapes, sizes, materials). Please get in touch with us if you would like to discuss any special wishes. We will check the feasibility and get back to you with personal advice.
7. What type of templates do you need? How can I send them to you?
Dimensional sketches are available for promotional matches and paper bags. They may be downloaded from our website or sent to you by email. The printable area of lighters is indicated in the catalogue / article description.
We need vectorised .ai, .pdf or .eps files (converted to outlines) featuring a resolution of at least 300 dpi (in case of line drawings: 800 dpi). Windows Office files such as Word, Excel or PowerPoint are not printable.
Full-surface prints require an overlap of approx. 2 mm.
We will be happy to send you our detailed artwork requirements data sheet.
You may submit your data by email (not exceeding 36 MB), via our FTP server or via an online provider such as Dropbox or WeTransfer.
